Every Wednesday in December Sally is running a roped climbing coaching session at Kendal wall. The sessions are designed to refine your climbing skills and give you a place to comfortably meet new belay partners and share your psyche.
The first hour of each session will concentrate on exploring a different aspect of roped climbing and the second will be supported consolidation on routes of your choice. Over the month we will look at footwork, dynamic belaying, headgame, route reading and more!
You need to be a competent lead belayer and registered as an independent climber at the Lakeland Climbing Centre.

Cost:
£10 per session
Please note the cost of these sessions does not include your entry fee to the Lakeland Climbing Centre.
Can’t make the dates? Private coaching is also available from £40 an hour.
